Have been several times, really love it. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

Need to improve maintenance. Hot tub was not working most of stay.

We loved staying in Ritz, but for this location I would not go for a second trip

I think the breakfast buffet was horrible, not much options, even not good as a ordinary hotel, and the price is way to high compare what they have for breakfast, the service is not good either

What was the highlight of The Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas
Met all expectations except for the lack of respect for adult areas and the TV reception.
Club level services were excellent,as were the pool. Restaurant on property were all very good. Staffing top notch.
Biggest disappointment was the level of noise and disruption in mornings. This varied by very young children next door, including a surprising number in one room. Our TV consistently had poor service. Also, adult pool was not as expected- significant number of children each day. Including very young children in diapers and becoming ill .

Good
Location and food were great overall. Property and pools were very nice.
Overall felt like there wasn't enough staff. Long wait at check-in for example, room wasn't ready for over 2 hours past check-in time. Beach was a bit short and the ocean floor is rocky at that location. Wished the breakfast buffet was more extensive.
